They are 35% Silver Fibre and 65% Bamboo, and come in two sizes: Small 50cm x 50cm (20" x 20") and Large 120cm x 75 cm (48" x 30"). The grounding side is the silver side, which is the same side as the snap which attaches the cable. The cables that come with these pads are 15' long, and the prong end will plug into your grounded portion of your outlets, or directly into the earth.
