At Moccasins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn moccasins in their original packaging and include all tags and documentation provided in the initial shipment.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
